The LA KISS announced today three player additions to the newest AFL expansion team with the assignments of former National Football League (NFL) talents, Offensive Lineman Quentin Saulsberry, Defensive Back George Baker and Wide Receiver Chris Summers. The trio will make their Arena Football League (AFL) debut this upcoming season.
“Adding playmakers to both the receiving corps and secondary along with an anchor in the middle of our offensive line is a big step towards putting a winning product on the field,” stated Bob McMillen, Head Coach for LA KISS. “We’re excited with these additions and will continue to add to the core of our roster.”
Saulsberry (6’3”, 315, Mississippi State) joins the LA KISS following time spent in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings and Denver Broncos. He was all SEC while at Mississippi State and the only player in Mississippi State history to play and start every game of his college career (49).
Baker (6’, 185, South Florida) joins the LA KISS after spending time with the Tennessee Titans. He is known to be one of the fastest defensive backs in the country as he’s been clocked in the 40 yard dash in the 4.2’s.
Summers (6’5”, 220, Liberty) joins the LA KISS following time spent with the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings.
